1. Introduction

Welcome to Lachin VIP Transfer ("we," "our," or "us"). Lachin is a technology platform and online booking software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that facilitates connections between passengers seeking transportation services and independent third-party transportation service providers ("Drivers" or "Service Providers").
Lachin.vip is operated by Sina Shiehnavaz
Lachin charges digital platform usage fees for access to its software, booking tools, and marketplace infrastructure.

By accessing or using our platform, website, mobile application, or any services provided by Lachin (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Important: Lachin is not a transportation company. We are a technology platform that connects passengers with independent transportation service providers. The actual transportation services are provided by third-party drivers who are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Lachin.

2. Nature of Our Service

Lachin operates as a technology intermediary and software platform provider. Our services include:

• Providing an online booking platform and booking engine
• Facilitating connections between passengers and transportation service providers
• Recording bookings, optional wallet or account credits where offered, and facilitating payment arrangements as described at checkout
• Providing route calculation and optimization technology
• Offering customer support and platform maintenance

We do not:

• Own, operate, or control any vehicles used for transportation
• Employ or directly manage drivers
• Provide transportation services directly
• Guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of transportation services

The responsibility for providing safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services lies entirely with the independent transportation service providers (drivers) who use our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 Payment Processing

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, payment for transportation is made directly to the independent service provider (driver) (for example, cash or card to driver). Lachin operates the booking platform and may offer optional features such as a digital wallet or account credits; where those apply, they are governed by these Terms and any in-app disclosure shown at checkout.

• Lachin is not a bank and does not hold client funds as a licensed payment institution unless separately disclosed and compliant with applicable law
• Disputes and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and support processes, except where a third-party payment provider is explicitly named on the payment screen
• Any card or wallet processing offered in the future will be described at checkout and in our Privacy Policy

By making a booking, you agree to the payment method and timing shown in your booking confirmation and checkout flow.

4.2 Pricing

The total price displayed during booking includes:

• Platform Service Fee: Fee for using our booking platform and technology services
• Transportation Cost: Fee charged by the independent transportation service provider

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the final price you agree to pay according to the payment method selected (for example, to the driver or via any wallet/credit option we offer).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lachin is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any transportation service provider
• Lachin does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of transportation services
• Lachin is not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during transportation
• Lachin's total liability for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question

The transportation service provider (driver) is solely responsible for:

• Operating their vehicle safely and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintaining proper insurance coverage
• Providing accurate information about their services
• Fulfilling the transportation service as agreed

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lachin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any disputes between you and a transportation service provider

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Disputes with Service Providers

If you have a dispute with a transportation service provider, you should first attempt to resolve it directly with the provider. Lachin may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication but is not obligated to resolve disputes between users and service providers.

7.2 Disputes with Lachin

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction] for resolution of any disputes.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
